Our menu changes regularly, below is an example of our common menu items.
At Matadora, we use top quality and carefully curated ingredients, much of which we import directly from Spain. We source our remaining ingredients as locally as possible.
Everything is made fresh in house, from our Croquetas to our Tortilla de Queso, and our famed Basque Cheesecake, with everything in between.
We have BC’s largest Spanish Vermouth selection, which you can explore with a Vermouth Flight, and a great Spanish wine selection.
